Free Challenge

To create your access and deliver the 7-day challenge, we process your email address, optional name, selected language, practice scenario, progress and recordings. Messages required to deliver the challenge are separate from the newsletter.

Newsletter

We only send out newsletters with materials and offers after a separate, voluntary consent. You can withdraw consent by clicking on the link in the message. The lack of marketing consent does not limit access to the challenge.

Consultation and qualification forms

For the purpose of handling applications for a paid consultation or free qualification for the programme, we process your name, email address, language of choice and information on your level, purpose and communication situation. The data shall be used for matching assessment, service contact and meeting preparation. The sending of the form does not imply the conclusion of a contract or the obligation to pay.

Service Providers

Hostinger provides hosting, email and private storage for recordings. Kit manages the newsletter list and its statistics. Once you grant the relevant consent, Google Analytics handles website analytics and YouTube provides external videos.

Cookies and browser memory

The site uses browser storage only where necessary to provide the service, maintain security, remember your privacy settings and give you individual access to the challenge. These elements are always active because the requested features cannot work properly without them.

We activate optional tools only after you make a choice in the privacy panel:

• Analytics Google Analytics helps you measure visits and the usefulness of content.
• Marketing and external media enable YouTube videos to be launched and marketing measures to be measured.

The absence of consent does not restrict access to the basic content of the site. You can change your decision at any time by clicking on the Privacy button in the lower left corner of the page. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not loaded before the consent is given. Once consent is granted, it may process information such as device details, approximate location, traffic source and how you use the site. The implementation uses Google Consent Mode and by default refuses optional storage until the user decides.

YouTube videos

The YouTube player does not connect to YouTube when you enter the site. First you see a local thumbnail. The YouTube-nocookie.com player in enhanced privacy mode is only downloaded after being allowed to access external media and knowingly launching the video.

Voice recordings and retention

The recordings are stored outside the public catalogue of the site. Access requires an individual, signed participant token; we do not publish lists of files or direct recording addresses. Participants can delete their own recordings. The challenge and recording data shall be automatically deleted no later than 30 days after access is created.

Data Minimisation

We collect only the data required to deliver the challenge, measure progress and — with separate consent — send the newsletter. We don't need a phone number.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. You can also file a complaint with the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
